Looking at the specs I’d have to say “no”. The electrical interface is not even close to compatible.
I have a “compatible” 7" LCD touch screen from SinoVoip (the Banana Pi parent company) but it has not worked properly since I got it. I’m in the process of analyzing why It’s not working, but that’s slow going as I need to do that in my spare time at the office (I work at an engineering firm that designs custom electronics).
