BPI M2 Zero with OS Armbian 24.2.1 Bookworm with Linux 6.6.16-current-sunxi and RTC module DS3132 installed works fine now. With previous OS or and kernels I was not that lucky.
add line in /etc/modules rtc-ds3132
Do not change /etc/rc.local
add lines in crontab @reboot sudo hwclock -r & @reboot sudo hwclock -w
