is it possible to install images from Raspberry Pi to BPi eMMC Storage and boot from it?

You can’t boot Raspberry Pi images.
The best to get Asterix and FreePBX or to install whatever is to start with armbian, even with experimental support: https://www.armbian.com/banana-pi-m64/
