Hi, I have been trying to burn the SD card using Phoenixcard tool. I continue to get errors. Mostly Load Cardtool failed. From reading other forums, it appears that this is a common problem. Is there another tool that can be used? Or is there something I am doing wrong?

try bpi-copy. I used Linux mint and everything works fine. Phoenix failed me couple times.

I think that you have upgraded poexixcard to the last versión, try the previous version
