Hi, The tutorial says to copy onyly 4 files from image but You must copy all unzipped files from “bpi-m4-Android8.1-resources 2019-06-25.zip” to install usb disk.

did u manage to solve this issue?

bpi updated new images which can be flashed with usb tool http://wiki.banana-pi.org/Getting_Started_with_M4#Install_Android_Image, but only support 2GB board. 1GB board android image was dropped.

I read somewhere that the new images support both 1 and 2 gb but for it to work, i have to flash some spinor firmware. The problem is I am not able to boot the kernel, I come across the exact same error as op posted. I freezes at ‘dwc3_drd_to_host END…’

1GB memory can’t work stable for Android8.
