Oscilloscope for BananaPi M4 Berry

I am looking for opportunity to connect oscilloscope interface on Banana Pi M4 Berry. Best way is to use GPIO for controller pad and WiFi 2.4 GHz to connect oscilloscope probe. I think about special safety interface with hardware switches to protect probe connected to WIFI. What do You think?

I found very interested project of simple oscilloscope about 200 kHz, but I prefer more performance about 100 MHz.

I think Banana Pi M4 Zero would be great for this project too. Oscilloscope GPIO up to 100 MHz.
