GPIO for Home Automation

Using the 8ch Relay board from Waveshare. Going with a DIN rail mounted setup here.

Relay #3 can’t be used, it seems to be reserved. This board was made for a Raspberry, not a Banana, so I’m not too disappointed. It does fire up during the Linux boot process though.

Here is the program: relay.zip (4.1 KB). Copy it to the /bin folder.

To test all relays:

sudo relay test

To turn on/off individually:

sudo relay 1 on
sudo relay 1 off

To activate pulse mode:

sudo relay pulse
