How to Customize startup logo on android & linux ?
On android, you have to change the “/bootloader/bootlogo.bmp” file, and if you want to customize the animation, it’s the “system/media/bootanimation.zip” that you have to replace. There’s a few tools to make one on the internet.
You may have to remount the filesystem as read/write (mount -o rw,remount,rw /system )

What about customize ubuntu first BPI startup logo and exactly hide the log messages and the eight bananapi penguins ??

log messages and penguins is linux fbcon and logo, you can modify uEnv.txt and kernelconfig to disable fbcon and logo.
