The guide was cited led control. I decided to check out how you can manage other ports and made a table:
First, you need to allow root access using adb:
adb devices -l
adb connect 0
adb remount
adb shell
chmod 06755 /system/bin/su
exit
adb reboot
and now any console, you can run the example:
su
echo 0 > /sys/class/gpio_sw/PH5/data //turn off
echo 1 > /sys/class/gpio_sw/PH5/data //turn on
exit

The operation of the ports I checked measuring the voltage.
When you turn off the port voltage is 0 volts,
when you turn on 3.3 volts. It works!
