So the thing is: I have read that the Pi Zero can be powered though the USB OTG port and, with some configuration (seen here) you can use that same connection as a serial port.
That’s interesting for me because I want to power it from my PC and be able to communicate with it, but I also want to connect a 3.5" display to the Zero, and since I don’t want to mess with SPI or anything like that, I have looked for a HDMI display, but it needs to be powered. And I thought that it would be perfect if I could power the display from the Zero itself so I don’t need to connect two cables to the computer.
Once all this is explained, would it be possible to power the display from the DC port of the zero?
