HW acceleration works or not? And Kodi?
Experiencing the Load Average is more than one problem.There is no way to solve this problem?
$ uptime
23:09:38 up 7 days, 5:09, 1 user, load average: 1.03, 1.07, 1.06
$ ps axuww | grep D
USER PID %CPU %MEM VSZ RSS TTY STAT START TIME COMMAND
root 64 0.0 0.0 0 0 ? D Jan10 1:07 [usb-hardware-sc]
root 16327 0.0 0.0 6516 1740 ? Ss 11:40 0:00 /usr/sbin/sshd -D

I am not sure if this addresses your problem, but the the uptime(1) manpage states that
Load averages are not normalized for the number of CPUs in a system, so a load average of 1 means a single CPU system is loaded all the time while on a 4 CPU system it means it was idle 75% of the time.
