BPI-M2P Any image that supports g_ether

Hello, Are there any images for the BPI-M2+ that support g_ether(USB gadget Ethernet via USB)

I’ve tried around 4 images and seem to run into issues when enabling g_ether.

When issuing “modprobe g_ether”. I either get a

udc-core: couldn't find an available UDC - added [g_ether] to list of pending drivers

or

modprobe: FATAL: Module g_ether not found in directory ...

The second error would mean a recompile of the kernel with OTG enabled.

Images I’ve tried:

• The official image from the wiki page : 2018-05-04-ubuntu-16.04-mate-desktop-v1.1-bpi-m2p-sd-emmc.img
• Armbian Buster - This gives me the UDC error
• 2018-11-08-ubuntu-16.04-mate-desktop-preview-bpi-m2p-4.4-sd-emmc.img
• 2020-04-23-ubuntu-16.04-mate-desktop-bpi-m2p-sd-emmc.img.zip

Are there any images for the

Random function on plug and play? No, there are no such images. You will need to invest some time and adjust the one that have best support. Or random image and fix other problems on a side.
