BPI-M2M: Changed between v1.1 and v1.2

Hi,

We have seen DRAM issue [1] while booting for BPI-M2M v1.1 revision but the same working with v1.2 revision.

Any specific changes between these two revisions? dram timings or routing or another?

[1] BPI M2M V1.1 is unable to boot
