BPI-M2-Zero and Quectel EC21, not ttyUSB0

Hi, I am trying to connect my BPI-M2-Zero with a LTE modem Quectel EC21. The device is detected by the system: lsusb: Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub

Bus 001 Device 002: ID 2c7c:0121 Quectel Wireless Solutions Co., Ltd. EC21 LTE modem

Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

With RPI, once modem is detected, I have to upgrade linux and Reboot. After these acctions, Raspian automatically create four interfaces ttyUSB0,ttyUSB1,ttyUSB2 and ttyUSB3. Then, I can send AT commands to my modem. Why Banana pi does not create these USB interfaces?

Should I need to install Quectel drivers? Thanks

Yes. You’ll need to have the Quectel Modem driver installed for the USB interfaces to be enabled.
