BPI-4 case rectangular panel mount header?

The USB TTL header adjacent to the USB port is right below a rectangular hole in the case. I’m looking for a panel mount header that will fit in that. I would rather not use the JST XH2.54 cables which have no outer detent and would just dangle outside the case.

I found this molex header which might be close to the correct size which wouldn’t push inside the case when connecting the TTL cable: https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/molex/1053131203/6131615

I’m looking for a better connector suggestion!

I gave up and went with the XH2.54. The outer detent is about 6.5mm. Not nice but I can live with it for now.

I’m interested in the eventual result of your endeavour and may switch later. At the moment, I can’t see the nanoFIt molex header seems to eliminate the “outer detent” ? Btw, have you looked into USB Mini-TypeB headers ?
