Bananapi BPI-M2 Berry with DVI-HDMI

I have a problem with my BPI-M2. I can’t use this with dvi-hdmi adapter. The screen is black

The solution is

/media/pi/BPI-BOOT2/bananapi/bpi-m3/linux
bin2fex script.bin script.fex 
edit Chapter [hdmi_para] 'hdmi_cts_compatibility = 0' to 'hdmi_cts_compatibility = 1' 
fex2bin script.fex script.bin
restart.

But it doesn’t work Is this the wrong path for the M2-Berry? Have somebody else this problem?

I have install the latest software ubuntu with kernel 3.10.108 BPI-M2U Ubuntu 16.04
