Banana Pi bpi-m6 play 4K video under Ubuntu

This also works with the newest Armbian image by running playvideo <my video>.mp4 but has no sound.
Sound works through other standard video players, but is slow because no hardware acceleration for 264.
Playing video through gstreamer only works with software 264 decoding and is slow. Trying with hardware acceleration like from Astra documentation does not work because of missing gstreamer plugin.
