Hi all, I am experiencing very low connection speeds when using onboard AP6212. I tried internal onboard antenna and external antenna. I am using custom firmware based on Arch linux user space and recent kernel compiled from github. Here is dmesg output:
[ 23.699893] dhd_bus_devreset: == WLAN ON == [ 23.707963] F1 signature read @0x18000000=0x1530a9a6 [ 23.716510] F1 signature OK, socitype:0x1 chip:0xa9a6 rev:0x0 pkg:0x3 [ 23.724762] DHD: dongle ram size is set to 524288(orig 524288) at 0x0 [ 23.732268] dhdsdio_probe_init: set use_rxchain 1 from config.txt [ 23.739296] dhd_conf_set_fw_name_by_chip: firmware_path=/lib/firmware/ap6212/fw_bcm43438a0.bin [ 23.748875] Final fw_path=/lib/firmware/ap6212/fw_bcm43438a0.bin [ 23.755629] Final nv_path=/lib/firmware/ap6212/nvram.txt [ 23.761533] Final conf_path=/lib/firmware/ap6212/config.txt [ 23.818280] NVRAM version: AP6212_NVRAM_V1.0_20140603 [ 23.824884] dhdsdio_write_vars: Download, Upload and compare of NVRAM succeeded. It looks like wifi IRQ setup is failing. May be my wifi firmware is outdated? Can anyone check their NVRAM version and if “enable_irq_wake” is failing?
