I am trying to find the file sun50i-a64-bpi-m64-720p.dts , where is it? why I only can find the DTB? If I would like to change the resolution of the screen I need to modify this file.
Does anyone know where is it hiding ?

Hello, you could change resolution in sys_config.fex; if you don’t find it, you could find “script.bin” then use bin2fex to transfer script.bin to sys_config.fex, then you could modify in this fex file. here is an example I modify in m2z, you could have a look: http://wiki.banana-pi.org/Getting_Started_with_M2_Zero#How_to_change_display_resolution
Dear Jackzeng I did as you explained here: BPI-M64 800x480 Display support? I followed step by step and rebuild the kernel but still it doesnt work for me. when I connect to the TV HDMI it still show the 720P resolution. is it possible that you will create an image based on the 2018-11-02-ubuntu-16.04-mate-desktop-preview-bpi-m64-aarch64-sd-emmc and upload it?
also how to enable the spidev on this image? I didnt see anywhere hot to do that.
ok,so you need 720P but show 800x480 right? I see.
lol no
I need 800x480 but it keeps show 720P
