which linux os for banana pi has 64bit userland?
Obviously none since they claim the rootfs would be interchangeable between all their BPi models. So you get lowest performance possible when choosing this device 
According to CNX currently they simply use wrong settings (everything for Pine64+) so you should be able to use any of the original Pine64 OS images with 64-bit userland instead (hardware partially not supported/working either way)
