5v Pins (GPIO's) didnt work!

Hello Community, I have a Problem so please help me

Yesterday I tried to connect my 8 channel Relay-Module with the GPIO’s/Pins on my Banana Pi M3 but the Relay didnt work, so I check the GPIO’s/Pins with my multimeter to find out the reason. Finally I found out that the 5V Pins didnt work (Pin 2 and 4, marked on the picture). The multimeter shows me 0v.

Can you say me the reason ? I use the USB-OTG plug as energy source and NOT the DC Power plug - maybe thats the Problem.

Does the 5v Pins only work the the DC-Power Supply or what ? - If so please send me a buy link for a working DC Power Supply.

Thank You
