Verify devices supports eDRX and test the following

Purpose: Verify devices supports eDRX and test the following, applicable to PSM & eDRX supported Devices e.g NB , Cat-M or Cat-1

            1. Attach to LTE cell (w/ eDRX enabled) and eDRX timers are requested in Attach request Message by device and accepted by network in attach accept message
  1. Can wake up from eDRX Mode and send/Receive data
