Type-C for data transfer, or power only?

Good afternoon, I was looking to buy a Banana M5 specifically for use on a Type-C enclosure. Some information I find it supports Type-C at USB3 speed, and others Type-C only for power?

Seems to vary on the technical specifications.

Cheers, James

It also works for comunications, so you can connect to a PC to use ADB commands, like shell or linux shell also. But note that there is this cliente server sides on USB, so you can connect to your computer, but to connect to a printer, you need to make some adjustments (like using otg adapter).
