There is an error occurred if I try to change the toolchain to support libc

Dear Sirs, Could you guide me how to config BPI-R3-OPENWRT V21.02.3? Because when I change the toolchain to support libc, there will an error " Package base-files is missing dependencies for the following libraries: libc.so" be occurred.

I have fixed this issue by modifying “package/libs/toolchain/Makefile”
