The size of DC connector on BPI-R64, BPI-R3, BPI-R4, BPI-R2 PRO&BPI-W2, BPI-W3

Hi, sorry for the off-topic if I unscrewed the antenna while the board was on would it damage the RF amplifier

@frank-w do you have any clue?

I got info that the antenna cable should be enough to prevent damage on amplifier, but if your out of luck it could happen…do not force it

I think so.

How could I tell if it’s damaged, for now it seems fine, I disconnected 5ghz antenna and reconnected it and seems to still work

According to Google, it is necessary to install the NetSpot program to check for signal loss/drop:

Bad/Damaged:

Good/No problems:

Thanks for that, I appreciate the help

the entries dont seem to pop up for me

Buy some SMA dummy load.

I don’t have the program installed to check and I think it was removed in an update, but the important thing is to see that you don’t have many loss/drop signals like in the example above.
