When I checked the contents of the NAND in U-Boot, it indicated that there was no such device. I think this is the reason; the hardware is damaged.
The problem I sometimes have is immediately after inserting sd card, the bl2 cannot be loaded. Re-inserting helps, so I think somehow the card is not inserted correctly.
