Recover bpi-r3 emmc and nand via nor without micro sd

hi the micro sd is physically damaged. the nand get directly to halt. emmc gets directly to one option in exit in nor its ok but i cannot see emmc in df or in lsblk. any thoughts how to recover? thanx
