Official image mtk-bpi-r4-MT76-SD-20240202 does not have wireguard installed

Good afternoon, I hope someone can help me with the official image mtk-bpi-r4-MT76-SD-20240202, it does not have wireguard installed, there is no way to install it.

Does anyone have it installed? If anyone has it installed, would you be so kind as to share the information.

the MT76 image’s BSP source code: GitHub - BPI-SINOVOIP/BPI-R4-MT76-OPENWRT-V21.02

you can clone it, then add wireguard package and re-compile your image.

or

you can download the OpenWRT’s aarch64 wireguard, then manually install it with opkg command.
