New BPI-M5 Does Not Boot - 3 LEDs on solid (GBR)

Greetings! I just got a new Banana-Pi BPI-M5 and when I put power to the USB-C port all I get is 3 solid LED lights, Green Blue Red near the IR Port. No output on HDMI. This happens whether I am trying to boot off the eMMC or off of an SD Card.

I’ve searched through the forum and other help sites, but have not found any description of this issue nor any steps that seem to help.

Thanks. I solved it myself. I held each button (SW3, Reset, SW1) down for thirty seconds. There was no immediate response, but then I powered it off and back on. Then it booted from SD card.
