Migrate system from BPI-M2 to BPI-M3?

I’m using Bananian on Banana M2, can I migrate this system to my new M3 ?
Should I replace only boot partition from eg. raspbian-jessie-bpi-m3-sd-emmc image or more files to my old Bananian ?
