Make fans quieter

Hi,

I have my Banana Pi R64 in my bedroom and was wondering if there was anyway to make the fans quieter? The noise of the fans occasionly keeps me awake at night.

I’ve been running the R64 for years now without any fan

Correct mine do not have one. I’ve changed temperature limit to I think about 80 degrees, before it throttles the cpu.

Ah ok! I am just wondering what the whirring noise could be at night! I turned off my mycloudhome and my laptop but the noise is still there.
