System running in recovery (initramfs) mode. No changes to settings will be stored and are lost after rebooting. This mode should only be used to install a firmware upgrade
After rebooting I always have to reinstall Luci with Putty

Everything is OK, I managed it… I just had to unplug the R3 from the power… then it booted without this message.

Mine doesn’t go away after disconnect DC. So I try sysupgrade same openwrt version and it gone.
I believe the reason is because you flash to your NOR or NAND immediately on first boot.
You need to continue boot into SD card first. AKA luci need to open on SD card.
After that reboot and flash like instruction.
I found out about this when trying to fix EMMC cannot flash.
