I’ve recently bought a 7 inch HDMI touch display, a generic one that is selled on Aliexpress, is on the way. My question is if I need to do some additional setup to get this working on Android. I found a video from ETA-PRIME(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0eSQ7iG_PlY) and works flawlessly on a ODROID C2 without any modification.
