Flashing eMMC under Linux

I tried to install bianbu onto eMMC i downloaded bianbu-24.04-desktop-k1-v2.2-release-20250430190125.zip(md5 checksum was ok) unpacked it into a directory and run flashserver from there by running sudo ~/.local/bin/flashserver. (I unpacked the flashserver 1.25beta from the AppImage as suggested by several users in this forum) I hit 1 in Available ports which was fastboot VID:PID=0x361c:0x1001 SER=dfu-device. I cannot confirm this method works since the flashing process was interrupted I was using a damaged USB cable but it seemed to work, the system seemed to boot but I got a blank screen and busybox via UART obviously it did not finish the flashing process.

After that I tried to run ./titantools_for_linux-2.0.1-Rc.AppImage —no-sandbox setting it up was straightforward just select English. I managed to successfully flash the board.

To enter DFU mode I power on the board then press and hold the FDL button then press release the RST button then plug in the USB cable and then release the FDL button.

You can give it a try using titanflasher.

Hi hyf,

the problem was a brand new but damaged USB cable.
