Control the USB power

We want to control the USB power via software.

We tried some methods.

  1. uhubctl, but didn’t control.
  2. control /sys bind, unbind. The USB power was not stop.

Next, we tried pmic control according to the following material.

However, I can’t find any detailed explanations, does anyone know how to the controls? Or, any other good ideas?
