Change GPIO boot value

BPI-M5/BPI-M2 Pro/BPI-M2S/BPI-CM4/BPI-CM5

How can I change the boot value of a GPIO in the device tree? I was able to do it in BPI-M4, but in the BPI-M5 device tree i cannot see a field to define the pull down.

Does anyone have a solution (M2Pro) ?
