BPI-W2 USB devices not recognized in ubuntu 18.04

Hello,

I installed an ubuntu 18.04 image on my BPI W2. Everything seems to going fine but i’m not able to mount an usb stick (or external hdd via usb). here is the output of sudo lsusb -t:

I have the last ROM installed.

Can someone help me?

Actually I found the issue. I powered the bpi through usb c. Now I plug the a/c power and my bpi can reconize my usb hdd.
