When using the BPI-R4 in combination with the new wifi 7 module as a 1 Gbit router, will the small heatsinks be sufficient cooling or would the heatsink with pwn fan be advisable? What kind of temperatures can I expect when using only the multiple smaller heatsinks without a fan?
Even without the wifi daughterboard, the main chip still requires a basic level of cooling. I would suggest going for the official pwm fan, my unit is barely udible.
