Yes the RX/TX is crossed and what is mean by 8n1 and flow control setting ?
These are settings that have to be defined in your serial application. Same for flowcontrol. All of these can cause the nothing displayed issue.
I just tried with minicom with setting 115200 with 8n1 and flow chart disable and I got no response Thx

If he does not see even bootrom on terminal it will not work.
@adel96 have you powered on board while serial is waiting for data (connected and minicom open)?
You cannot see serial output that was sent before.

To be honest I use this board with usbc powe source and it’s work fine and when I connect it to 12v power it’s suddenly not working
Usb powering works? Maybe your 12v powersupply died?
Not working also try to use usbc power meter to see I got 19.98 v and 0.17A and 3.5w
