Hi,
I use the bpi-r3 board, no uart connect, and no wifi antenna, only SD card, check log after startup, wifi failed
error log:

how to use Wifi 6 4x4 2.4G Wifi(MT7975N) +4x4 5G Wifi(MT7975P) ?

can you check if its also a dhcp problem with logread? noticed that on the r4 too ([BPI-R4] dhcp for wireless broken on linux 6.6 )
seems like you were updating the answer while i was writing
in that case i assume its a different error. will check if i have something like that in my logs too.

Seem different. I did’t find any error with DHCP.

Have cold booted without uart connected?

I tried to insert the sd card, without uart, and then connect the power to start. still wifi failed error.

Maybe try other power supply?
