Bpi-r3-mini uart pinout

I just got my bpi-r3-mini and I’d like to get uart access. Over the USB C works until about the wifi gets activated and then reboots, not enough juice I guess. So I want to try over the internal 3 pin connectors, but I cannot find anywhere describing which pins are tx rx and ground, and I don’t see it labeled on the PCB. Does anyone know and have that resource. If I have to brute force find out, do I have to worry about frying anything with tx.rx, and ground pins if I don’t get it right?

thanks Lance

Think I found it here. https://wiki.fw-web.de/doku.php?id=en:bpi-r3mini:start#nand_install

You should use the right anchor:
