BPI-M5 Manjaro not recognizing all memory

I have a BPI-M5 board, and I’m trying to use Manjaro from GitHub - manjaro-arm/m5-images. However, the system is only recognizing 1GB of memory when my board has 4GB. Can you help me with this issue?
