BPI-M5 does not want boot with attached USB keyboard

Warning for all BPI-M5 users: I have try use last Armbian image (Armbian 23.02.2 Bullseye). If I have attached USB keyboard, from very beginning, boot process never goes to read kernel and restart is invoked. Debug console looks like this:

Without USB keyboard BPI-M5 boot work fine. Other devices as mouse, USB key no produce problems. However old version Armbian from November 2022 work fine.
