Hi,
Can you share your experience of bandwidth when connecting a SSD, 10gbit Ethernet such as InnoDisk EGPL-T102 or modem to the two M.2 22x80mm slots on the lower side of the SBC, which have 4gbit bandwidth each (1 lane of PCIe v2)?
Also check CPU utilization during the test.
I do see one test online and it’s here https://youtu.be/GZGryhBnkV0?t=1139 , it shows 617MB/sec. However his test is very short (1850MB read only) and it’s not clear if he is reading from the RAM cache. If it’s real disk IO, the 600MB/sec speed means the device has two PCI lanes per M2.
I think I saw a discussion on IRC that the PCI drivers for the K1 SoC probably need further performance tuning. It will be nice to learn further how fast the PCI is currently.
Thanks
