I have tried a USB C cable to the second USB port and tried accessing the device with both Nobel Linus with Linux Upgrade Tool v2.44 and Windows 11 with Windows RKDevTool v3.28 after installing DriveAssistant_v5.12 and the device is connecting but I am getting read and write errors on reading serial number, resetting and reading blocks.

I think the board may well have been messed with as when ever I try to install Armbian there are errors in the passwd processes. Hence the need to reinstall the firmware !
