Install RPi.GPIO on R2 : http://wiki.banana-pi.org/Getting_Started_with_R2#Install_RPi.GPIO

“cd /usr/local/bin”, you will find a python file “g40.py”, you just need to use command “./g40.py” to control the 40 pin gpio IO.
