Now, it suddenly goes into failsafe mode almost every day.
It returns to normal after a power outage and restart.

When openwrt goes in failsave and not powered off you could look if there is a linux trace in pstore.
In uboot afaik “pstore show”

I’ve found the cause of the problem: there were no log entries for the system failure, indicating it was due to a faulty M.2 SSD.
