Advise about cooling 5G/4G modem

I want hear from you what is the good idea to reduce the temperature of the modem (Snapdragon X75 - Quectel RM551-GL) … I’m using OpenWRT system (snapshot)

Where my modem is reaching from 61c - 68c … there is heatsink copper on the modem Should I order fan with this temp ?

I want know where I can get PSU from where … can you advise me with fan link from aliexpress

can I connect the fan here in these pins and how if yes ?

I have attached a Noctua 60mm fan to a 3d printed lid to my case that blows air over my SFP+ ports. I have the fan plugged into GPIO. Had to cut a fan extension cable and some dupont cables. Soldered the female dupont ends to the positive and negitive on the fan extention and plugged it into the GPIO pins in the image and it works
