About CM4 USB OTG and USB 2.0, are these two independent?

I have 2 USB camera, when I plug in USB2.0 host, the USB2.0 bandwidth is not enough when running the two together.

So, I saw that the A311D has another USB OTG socket, so I would like to ask if I have one camera plugged into the USB2.0 socket and the other camera plugged into the USB OTG socket. Will the hardware transfer speed be independent?

CM4 has USB OTG, but this is connected to the USB TYPEC socket.

If it is used to connect a camera, software is required to change the OTG to HOST mode,

and then supply power through PIN2 and PIN4 on the CM4IO 26PIN.
