Which version of Banana Pi do I have?

Hello together! I found a “old” Banana Pi at home, but I can’t exactly say, which one it is. On the core is written “ALLWINNER TECH A20 DUAL-CORE T” (E2032BA 22J3)

Can somebody help me with this question?
